摘要
目的探讨对小儿慢惊风患儿采取运脾颗粒+推拿手法治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选取2020年2月—2022年5月临沂市中医医院收治的56例小儿慢惊风患儿为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为两组,其中参照组(28例)采用运脾颗粒治疗,研究组(28例)在参照组的基础上联合推拿手法治疗。对比两组治疗总有效率、血清因子水平[谷氨酸(Glutamate,Glu)、γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric Acid,GABA)、脑源性神经营养因子(Brain-derived Neurotrophic Factor,BDNF)]、中医证候积分。结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率(96.43%)高于参照组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.487,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患儿GLU、GABA、BDNF水平均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿中医证候积分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患儿中医证候积分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对小儿慢惊风患儿采用运脾颗粒+推拿手法治疗效果显著,可改善血清因子水平,降低中医证候积分,促进小儿慢惊风患儿的良好预后。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yunpi granule+massage to complete the treatment of children with chronic convulsion.Methods A total of 56 cases admitted to Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to May 2022 were seleected as the study objects and were divided into two groups based on the random number table method.The reference group(28 cases)was treated with Yunpi granule.The study group(28 cases)was treated by massage on the basis of the reference group.The total effective rate,serum factor levels[glutamate(Glu),γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)]and Chinese traditional medicine(TCM)syn⁃drome score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(96.43%)was higher than that of the reference group(71.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.487,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of GLU,GABA and BDNF in the study group were better than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant differ⁃ence in TCM syndrome score between the two group(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinically,the treatment of Yunpi granule+massage has significant effects.It can improve the serum factor level and reduce the TCM syndrome score,and ultimately promote the good prognosis of children with chronic convulsions.
