摘要
流动地摊食品是食品安全治理的一大难点。本文对滨州市流动地摊食品基本状况及其特点进行了阐述,对其治理现状及存在的问题进行了深入分析,并从完善顶层设计、提高监管水平、加强社会共同治理、创新治理形式、提升食品安全素养等方面提出了针对性的建议,以期完善流动地摊食品安全治理工作,为食安城市的建设提供助力。
The mobile stall food is a major difficulty in food safety management.This article expounds the basic situation and characteristics of mobile stall food in Binzhou city,and makes an in-depth analysis of its governance situation and existing problems,and puts forward targeted suggestions from the aspects of improving the top-level design,improving the level of supervision,strengthening social common governance,innovating governance forms,and improving food safety literacy,in order to improve the food safety management of mobile stalls and provide assistance for the construction of food safety cities.
