食品安全问题产生的原因及应对措施分析

摘要 食品安全问题关乎人们的切身利益。食品安全问题频发既与监管缺失有关,也与食品生产者过分追求经济利益忽视人们的身体健康有关。随着人们对食品安全问题的愈发关注,国家监管部门也加大了执法检查力度,为消费者创造安全的市场环境。本文主要分析了我国食品问题产生的原因,针对性提出杜绝食品安全问题的措施,以提高我国的食品安全水平,为人们营造健康的消费环境。 The issue of food safety concerns people’s vital interests.The frequent occurrence of food safety problems is related to both the lack of supervision and the excessive pursuit of economic interests by food producers who neglect people’s health.With people’s increasing attention to food safety issues,national regulatory authorities have also increased their enforcement inspections to create a safe market environment for consumers.This paper mainly analyzes the causes of food problems in China and proposes targeted measures to eliminate food safety problems in order to improve food safety in China and create a healthy consumer environment for people.
