摘要
在物质生活水平不断提高的今天,食品安全问题备受社会各界的重视。食品安全是保证人们吃得健康的先决条件,相关部门必须对食品安全工作予以重视。其中,食品流通工作直接关系到食品的质量。所以,有关部门要加强对流通环节食品安全的关注,并制定相应的对策,从而真正有效地解决这一问题。本文对流通环节保障食品安全的必要性进行分析,探究了现阶段我国食品流通环节的安全工作中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的解决对策,以供参考。
With the continuous improvement of material living standards,food safety has been paid more and more attention by all sectors of society.Food safety is a prerequisite for people to eat healthily,and relevant departments must pay attention to food safety.Among them,food circulation is directly related to the quality of food.Therefore,the relevant departments should pay more attention to the food safety in the circulation link and formulate corresponding countermeasures so as to effectively solve this problem.This paper analyzes the necessity of ensuring food safety in the circulation link,probes into the main problems existing in the safety work in the food circulation link at this stage,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for reference.
