摘要
目的:分析医学院实习生睡眠质量现状及影响因素。方法:选取2021级福建省厦门市厦门大学附属第一医院实习生889名作为研究对象,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)对其睡眠质量加以评估,并采用单因素分析法与Logistic模型对相关影响因素进行全面分析。结果:889名医学院实习生中,存在睡眠障碍者共计326名,占比36.67%;单因素分析结果指明,性别、年龄、专业、独生子女、家庭月收入、倒班均会影响实习生睡眠质量,且在伴有睡眠障碍的实习生中,女性、高龄、临床与护理专业、非独生子女、家庭月收入低以及倒班者占比更高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);多因素分析结果指明,性别、年龄、专业以及倒班是实习生睡眠质量的独立影响因素,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:睡眠障碍问题在医学院实习生中发生率较高,医院需要重视这一问题,给予实习生足够的关怀,综合考量个人情况及睡眠影响因素进行个性化干预,以达到改善其睡眠质量的目的。
Objective:To analyze the current status and influencing factors of sleep quality among medical interns.Methods:A total of 889 interns from Xiamen University Affiliated First Hospital in Fujian Province in 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to evaluate their sleep quality,and single factor analysis and logistic model were used to comprehensively analyze the relevant influencing factors.Results:Among 889 medical interns,326(36.67%)had sleep disorders.The results of univariate analysis indicate that gender,age,major,only child,monthly family income,and shift work all have an impact on the sleep quality of interns.Among interns with sleep disorders,the proportion of female,elderly,clinical and nursing majors,non only child,low monthly family income,and shift work is higher,and the difference is statistically significant(P s<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis indicate that gender,age,major,and shift are independent influencing factors on the sleep quality of interns,and the differences are statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Sleep disorders have a higher incidence among medical interns,and hospitals need to pay attention to this issue,provide sufficient care to interns,and comprehensively consider personal conditions and sleep influencing factors for personalized intervention to improve their sleep quality.
