石化加氢装置典型腐蚀与防护

摘要 通过典型腐蚀案例和腐蚀介质分布分析,总结了石化加氢装置的腐蚀规律,主要腐蚀类型有:反应流出物系统NH_(4)Cl结晶及垢下腐蚀、NH_(4)HS冲刷腐蚀、HCl露点腐蚀、循环氢脱硫塔和汽提塔湿H_(2)S腐蚀等。明确了加氢装置各类典型腐蚀机理的关键影响因素,并针对性地从设备及管线选材、操作优化和腐蚀监检测等方面提出了腐蚀防护措施,对降低设备、管线腐蚀风险,保证加氢装置长周期安全运行具有很好的指导意义。 Through the analysis of typical corrosion cases and the distribution of corrosion media,the corrosion patterns of petrochemical hydro-genation units were summarized.The main types of corrosion were identified as:crystallization of NH_(4)Cl and under-deposit corrosion in the re-action effluent system,erosion corrosion by NH_(4)HS,dew point corrosion by HCl and wet H_(2)S corrosion in the circulating hydrogen desulfuriza-tion tower and stripping tower.The key influencing factors of various typical corrosion mechanisms in hydrogenation units were identified,and targeted corrosion protection measures were proposed,encompassing the selection of equipment and pipeline materials,optimization of operation and enhancement of corrosion monitoring and detection.This paper offered significant guidance for reducing the risk of equipment and pipeline corrosion and ensuring the long-term safe operation of hydrogenation units.
