摘要
为全面了解催化裂化装置换热器的腐蚀状况,提高石油炼化行业压力容器的安全运行效率,文章分析了压力容器定期检验中发现的换热器典型腐蚀案例,找出了腐蚀原因并提出了防护措施。其中催化裂化装置吸收塔冷却器接管腐蚀属于电化学腐蚀,可采取结构优化或实时监控腐蚀电位的防护措施;顶循换热器的管端腐蚀属于晶间腐蚀,可采取改变焊接结构并控制氯离子含量的防护措施;解吸塔重沸器的管束腐蚀属于湿硫化氢腐蚀,可采取材质升级并控制硫含量的防护措施。实际运行结果表明:相关防护措施使换热器达到了腐蚀可控状态。
In order to fully understand the corrosion status of the heat exchanger of the catalytic cracking unit and improve the safe operation efficiency of the pressure vessel in the petroleum refining and chemical industry,this paper analyzes the typical corrosion cases of the heat exchanger found in the regular inspection of the pressure vessels.It identified the corrosion causes and put forward the protective measures.Among them,the connection tube corrosion of the absorption tower cooler of the catalytic cracking unit is classified as electrochemical corrosion,and such protective measures as structural optimization or real-time monitoring of the corrosion potential can be taken to deal with it.The tube end corrosion of the top circulation heat exchanger is classified as intergranular corrosion,and such protective measures as changing the weld structure and controlling the chloride ion content can be taken.The tube bundle corrosion of desorption tower reboiler is classified as wet hydrogen sulfide corrosion,and such protective measures as upgrading material and controlling sulfur content can be taken to address it.The actual operation results show that the relevant protective measures enable the corrosion of the heat exchanger to be in a controllable state.
