摘要
南海某天然气管道自投产以来,海管中不断有黑粉杂质被清出。因该海管存在三通,不具备内检测条件,为进一步了解该海管的内腐蚀状况,本文通过黑粉来源排查、腐蚀监检测数据分析、腐蚀影响因素分析、腐蚀模拟等方法开展内腐蚀机理研究,制定内腐蚀管控措施。
A large amount of black powder has been continuously removed from a natural gas pipeline in the south China Sea since commissioning.It does not accord with the demands of the internal inspection because the presence of tees in the submarine pipeline.In order to further understanding the internal corrosion status of the pipeline,we conducted research on the internal corrosion mechanism by black powder source investigation,corrosion monitoring and testing data analysis,corrosion influencing factors analysis,and corrosion simulation,and made the internal corrosion control measures finally.
