摘要
针对典型天然气管道腐蚀失效机理进行深入分析,采用环境扫描电镜、EDS能谱以及原子发射光谱分析法,对天然气管道内壁腐蚀颗粒进行分析。结果表明:天然气管道中腐蚀产物以硫化亚铁黑色固体成分为主,固体产物中含有Fe、S、C和O元素,表明管道内发生CO_(2)和H_(2)S的协同腐蚀,生成了FeCO_(3)和硫铁化合物(FeS、FeS_(2)等)腐蚀产物;在失效天然气管道中,S和C元素含量较高,管道结构中含有硫化物、碳化物等夹杂物,这是造成管道腐蚀的重要因素之一;管道内壁的腐蚀层呈现出多孔、片状、疏松状,天然气管道腐蚀坑长度介于19.4~40 mm,其深度介于1.58~3.42 mm之间;积水、H_(2)S-CO_(2)、焊缝协同腐蚀、涂层破坏是造成管道内腐蚀的根本原因;使用管道涂层、应用非金属材料和阴极保护可实现对管道有效保护。本文研究结果可为天然气管道腐蚀防护提供重要参考。
The corrosion failure mechanism of typical natural gas pipelines was analyzed in depth,and the corrosion particles on the inner wall of natural gas pipelines were analyzed by environmental scanning electron microscopy,EDS energy spectroscopy and atomic emission spectroscopy.The results showed that,the corrosion products in natural gas pipelines were dominated by the black solid component of ferrous sulfide,and the solid products contained Fe,S,C and O elements,indicating the occurrence of CO_(2) and H_(2)S in the pipeline synergistic corrosion,the generation of FeCO_(3) and sulfur and iron compounds(FeS,FeS_(2),etc.)corrosion products;in the failed natural gas pipeline,the content of S and C elements was high,the pipeline structure contained inclusions such as sulfides and carbides,which was one of the important factors causing pipeline corrosion;the corrosion layer of the inner wall of the pipeline showed porous,flaky,loose,natural gas pipeline corrosion pit length was between 19.4~40 mm,its depth was between 1.58~3.42 mm;water,H_(2)S-CO_(2),weld synergistic corrosion,coating damage were the root cause of corrosion in the pipeline.Effective protection of pipes can be achieved with pipe coatings,application of non-metallic materials and cathodic protection.The results of this paper can provide important reference for natural gas pipeline corrosion protection.
