摘要
目的基于CiteSpace探讨黄连素的研究热点及趋势,为黄连素的临床应用提供参考。方法采用计算机检索中国知网中2012年1月1日至2022年11月4日有关黄连素的文献,采用CiteSpace5.7.R5软件对纳入文献进行可视化分析。结果最终纳入文献710篇,年发文量总体呈波动增长趋势。共1065位作者,核心作者有李美娟、李平、李敏等。共检索到研究机构779个,且合作较多的研究机构为广州中医药大学第一附属医院、广东省中医院等。研究热点涉及慢性腹泻、2型糖尿病、肝癌、阿尔茨海默病等;研究方法涉及实验研究、临床疗效观察等。结论国内黄连素的研究总体较好,作者之间和研究机构之间的合作有待加强。黄连素的降血糖、抗肿瘤和抗炎作用机制为未来的研究热点和趋势。
Objective To investigate the research hotspots and trends of berberine based on CiteSpace,and to provide a reference for the clinical application of berberine.Methods The literature related to berberine in the CNKI was searched from January 1,2012 to November 4,2022.CiteSpace 5.7.R5 software was used to visually analyze literature that met inclusion criteria.Results A total of 710 studies were included,and the overall number of publications showed a fluctuating growth trend.A total of 1065 authors were included,and the core authors were Li Meijuan,Li Ping,Li Min,etc.A total of 779 research institutions were included,and the research institutions with more cooperation were the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The research hotspots included chronic diarrhea,type 2 diabetes mellitus,liver cancer,Alzheimer's disease,etc.The research methods involved experimental research,clinical efficacy observation,etc.Conclusion The research on berberine in China is generally good,and cooperation among authors and research institutions needs to be strengthened.The mechanism of hypoglycemic,anti-tumor,and anti-inflammatory effects of berberine is a future research hotspot and trend.
