摘要
21世纪以来,全球科技革命和产业变革空前发展,以前沿技术为支撑的战略性新兴产业和未来产业正在重塑世界经济格局。新质生产力是贯彻落实新发展理念、推进高质量发展的重要引擎,是中国式现代化的突出体现,对于提升我国的综合国力和国际竞争力意义非凡。本论文以新质生产力为出发点,以现代化服务产业中的物流企业为研究对象,从技术创新、市场环境、要素资源、组织管理、企业家精神五个维度阐释了物流企业新质生产力的形成机制。结果显示,目前物流企业新质生产力的发展面临着营商环境、基础设施、国际业务、创新能力、资源成本和绿色发展六方面的挑战。据此,我们认为政府要进行科学的宏观调控;物流企业要布局全面创新、重视安全治理、改进人才培养、深化合作交流、坚持绿色发展和设置评价体系;其他主体要共同助力、提供支持。
Since the beginning of the 21st century,the global scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation have witnessed unprecedented development,and strategic emerging industries and future industries supported by cutting-edge technologies are reshaping the world economic pattern.The new quality productive forces are an important engine for implementing the new development philosophy and promoting high-quality development.It is a prominent manifestation of Chinese-style modernization and is of great significance for enhancing China's comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness.This paper takes new quality productive forces as the starting point and logistics enterprises in modern service industry as the research object,and unravels the formation mechanism of new quality productive forces in logistics enterprises from the five dimensions of technological innovation,market environment,factor resources,organization management and entrepreneurship.This paper points out that at present,the development of new quality productive forces of logistics enterprises is facing challenges including business environment,infrastructure,international business,innovation ability,resource cost and green development.Therefore,the government should carry out scientific macro-control;logistics enterprises should lay out comprehensive innovation,pay attention to safety management,improve personnel training,deepen cooperation and exchanges,adhere to green development and set up evaluation system;and other entities should work together to provide support.
