摘要
步入新时代,党的二十大报告提出建设现代化社会主义国家,将发展实体经济作为经济发展的重点,发展实体经济关键在于金融资源的有效配置。改革开放以来,金融在支持实体经济特别是小微企业发展中发挥了主体性作用。但是,从金融调控目标与要求看,金融与实体经济的资金通道并不完善畅通。很重要的一点在于产业金融发展不足。构建新发展格局下,必须充分认识到产业金融发展对实体经济的特殊意义,推动并加快产业金融发展必须积极打造产业金融发展新生态,构建新型的产业金融治理体系;完善产业金融服务机构体系,推进平台服务,锻牢供给链条;深化商业银行供给侧结构性改革,优化运营模式,打造新品体系,充分发挥产业金融赋能实体经济的功能性作用。
In the new era,the report of the 20th CPC National Congress proposed to build a modern socialist country,and gave priorty to developing the real economy.The key to the development of the real economy lies in the effective allocation of financial resources.Since the reform and opening up,finance has played a dominant role in supporting the development of the real economy,especially small and micro businesses.However,from the perspective of financial regulation objectives and requirements,the capital channel between the financial sector and the real economy is not very smooth,and the phenomenon of capital deviating from the target is relatively serious.A very important point is that the development of industrial finance is insufficient,Under the construction of new development pattern,we must fully realize the special significance of industrial finance development to the real economy,promote and accelerate the development of industrial finance must actively build a new ecological development of industrial finance,and build a new industrial finance governance system;Improve the system of industrial financial service institutions,promote platform services,and strengthen the supply chain;We will deepen the supply-side structural reform of commercial banks,optimize their operation models,create a system of new products,and give full play to the functional role of industrial finance in empowering the real economy.
