摘要
为提高学生的综合科研能力,将电化学发光分析仪用于本科生的开放实验教学。以儿茶酚为检测目标,在文献调研和方案优化的基础上,教导学生进行材料的合成与表征、数据获取与分析、结论的提炼与表达。该开放实验有助于培养学生的创新能力以及分析和解决问题的能力。此外,对实验过程中教师和学生暴露出的许多不足进行了反思,为今后开放实验的改进提供了有意义的参考。
In order to improve the comprehensive scientific research ability of students,an electrochemiluminescent analyzer was used in the open experiment teaching for undergraduates.Catechol was chosen as the detection target,and students were taught to synthesize and characterize materials,obtain and analyze data,as well as draw and express conclusions after literature investigation and program optimization.This open experiment was conducive to developing the innovative ability of students,as well as their ability to analyze and solve problems.In addition,many shortcomings exposed by teachers and students in the course of the experiment are reflected,which provides a meaningful reference for the improvement of the open experiment in the future.
