基于感知示能性理论的公益众筹平台用户体验评价研究

摘要 对公益众筹平台的用户体验进行评价,有助于促进平台的迭代设计与开发。基于感知示能性理论,构建公益众筹平台的用户体验评价框架,进而运用AHP与熵权法相结合的方式得出相应评价指标的权重,获取大学基金会公益众筹平台的评价数据进行分析和讨论;依据评价指标体系,发现国内公益众筹平台各有优劣,用户体验总体水平比较理想;提出在感知物理示能性、感知情感示能性、感知认知示能性、感知参与示能性等方面改进及设计迭代的建议。 Evaluating the user experience of public charity crowdfunding platforms can help promote iterative design and development of the platform.Based on the theory of perceived affordances,this paper constructs a user experience evaluation framework for public charity crowdfunding platforms,and then uses a combination of Analytical Hierarchy Pro⁃cess(AHP)and entropy weight method to obtain the weights of corresponding evaluation indicators,and analyzes and dis⁃cusses the evaluation data of the university foundation’s public charity crowdfunding platform.According to the evaluation index system,domestic public charity crowdfunding platforms have their own strengths and weaknesses,and the overall level of user experience is relatively satisfactory.This paper proposes suggestions for improvement and design iteration in areas such as perceptual physical indication,perceptual emotional indication,perceptual cognitive indication,and per⁃ceptual participation indication.
