摘要
[目的/意义]根据Wixom&Todd模型及结构化与对象的信念整合模型等理论基础,结合文献管理工具的特性,将示能性作为理论视角提出一个信息系统使用意愿影响因素的研究模型。[方法/过程]通过问卷调查方法搜集106份样本数据,采用偏最小二乘(PLS)结构方程模型进行实证研究。[结果/结论]结果表明:功能示能性对文献管理工具的信息质量产生显著的影响,对其系统质量没有显著影响作用;文献管理工具的信息质量、系统质量分别对信息满意度、系统满意度有正向的显著性影响;系统满意度正向显著地影响用户对文献管理工具的信息满意度;信息满意度和系统满意度二者共同对文献管理工具的用户使用意愿具有正向显著性影响。
[ Purpose/Significance ] Drawing on the Wixom ＆ Todd model and the integration model of structure and object-based beliefs, combining with the characteristics of document management tools, a research model of IS use intention factors is proposed from the per- spective of affordance. [ Method/Process ] The 106 sample data was collected by questionnaire, and the partial least squares （PLS） struc- tural equation model was used to conduct an empirical research. [ Result/Condusion] The empirical results indicate that functional affor- dances have positive influence on information quality of document management tools, and have negative influence on its system quality; the information quality and system quality of document management tools have positive influence on information satisfaction and system satisfaction; the system satisfaction has positive influence on information satisfaction of document management tools; both information sat- isfaction and system satisfaction have positive influence on user intention to use document management tools.
