基于“三位一体”理念的大学物理实验多维度协同育人体系的探索与实践

摘要 高等学校教学改革重点是践行“知识传授、能力培养、价值引领”的“三位一体”教育理念,培养肩负使命、追求卓越的创新性人才是双一流高校人才培养的目标.本文以光纤的光学特性及其测量作为教学案例,构建实验教学(课内常规)+项目设计(课外个性)的双主线大学物理实验教学模式,采用互动启发式教学方法为学生赋能,全过程全方位厚植育人理念,搭建多维度协同育人体系,实现“三位一体”的教育理念.教学实践表明,改革成效显著,学生实验学习的主动性和积极性明显增强,实验综合能力和创新能力得以提高,具有较好的示范作用和推广价值. Key points of teaching reform in universities is to practice the“trinity”education concept,which involves imparting knowledge,cultivating abilities,and shaping values,as well cultivate innovative talents who shoulder the mission and pursue excellence.Relying on the college physics experiment course,a double main line experimental teaching mode based on experimental teaching and project design was formed.The multi-dimensional interactive heuristic teaching method was used to empower students,and the whole process was fully planted with the concept of educating people to form the ideological and political case base of the course,so as to truly realize the educational goal of three in one.The teaching practice showed that the reform was obviously effective,the students’initiative and enthusiasm for the experiments learning were enhanced,the experiment and innovative ability were promoted,which confirmed that the reform mode could be an exemplary role.
