人工智能对能源强度的影响评估——基于全球35个国家工业机器人使用的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 在工业4.0时代,工业机器人的应用在促进经济发展、优化社会分工和提高劳动生产率等方面展现出重要作用。能源和环境问题日益严峻,并且人工智能的发展需要消耗大量的能源,探究不同经济体工业机器人的应用对能源强度的影响具有重要意义。根据2006—2019年全球35个国家的工业机器人库存数据,运用双向固定效应模型(FE)和随机效应模型(RE)、逐步回归法等实证方法,考察工业机器人对能源强度的影响。结果表明:工业机器人的应用和能源强度间存在显著的“倒U型”关系,即当工业机器人的应用尚未超过临界值时,对降低能源强度具有抑制作用;当工业机器人的应用超过特定临界值时,工业机器人的应用才会对降低能源强度产生促进作用。进一步研究发现,现阶段能源强度的降低主要是由于总产出的增加,而不是能源消耗总量的减少。研究客观分析了人工智能的发展对能源强度的影响效应,为政府规划人工智能发展提供政策参考,有利于促进经济与环境的协调发展。 With the progress of information technology and the transformation of social production and lifestyle,we have officially entered the era of Industry 4.0.As energy is an inherent component and key driving force of Industry 4.0,governments around the world are gradually focusing on managing and monitoring energy consumption,optimizing energy combinations as much as possible to promote the coordination development of economic and environmental when they develop artificial intelligence.As a representative of artificial intelligence technology,industrial robots have penetrated into various production and life fields such as industry,civilian,and military due to their strong technicality,high efficiency,and wide applicability.They not only promote the improvement of production efficiency and economic growth,but also inject strong impetus into the prosperity and development of the country.Reviewing previous literatures,we found that researches on industrial robots mainly focus on the impact on production efficiency and economic development,including sustainable economic development,income distribution,and influence in the labor market,while there is relatively little investigation of the impact on energy intensity.Meanwhile,although researches about the impact of artificial intelligence on energy intensity have achieved certain success,there are also some shortcomings.For example,most studies focus on individual studies in developed countries,and there is relatively little literature that studies developed and developing countries from a global perspective;Furthermore,there is no consensus in the academic community on the impact of artificial intelligence on energy intensity and total energy consumption,and quantitative researches on the impact and mechanism of artificial intelligence on energy intensity still need to be further enriched.Compared with the previous researches,this article expands the content of existing literatures.Firstly,based on the existing theories,this article collected data on the installation of
