摘要 降低能源强度是实现“双碳”目标,建设美丽新中国的重要举措。文章基于2011—2019年省级面板数据,使用双向固定效应模型检验数字金融与能源强度之间的关系以及技术进步在其中的影响。实证研究表明:数字金融可以降低能源强度,数字金融使用深度对能源强度降低作用更为突出;技术进步是降低能源强度的有效机制;数字金融与技术进步对能源强度的影响存在区域差异,数字金融发展影响能源强度的总效应水平和技术进步的中介效应水平在南方地区更具备优势。基于此,从推动传统金融机构与数字金融融合、加大数字金融产品创新、完善数字金融发展体系等方面提出政策建议,以期充分发挥数字金融对能源强度的降低作用。 Reducing energy intensity is an important measure to achieve the‘carbon peak and carbon neutrality’target and build a new beautiful China.Based on the 2011-2019 provincial panel data,this paper studies the relationship among digital finance,technological progress and energy intensity by constructing a Two way fixed effect model.Empirical research shows that the development of digital finance can reduce the energy intensity,and the promotion of the depth of the use of digital finance is more significant.Technological progress is effective mechanism for energy intensity.The impact of digital finance and technological progress on energy intensity has obvious spatial heterogeneity,the total utility level of digital finance impact on the energy intensity and the strength of mediating effect of technological progress are more prominent in south China.Based on this,policy recommendations are made from promoting the integration of traditional finance and digital finance,increasing the participation of digital finance,growing the innovation of digital financial products and achieving the digital financial development system,so as to give full play to the restraining role of digital finance development in energy intensity.
