摘要
某企业500 kA铝电解槽通过采用“CompoGX”技术并集成阳极组合节能技术,开展节能技术集成工业试验研究。试验结果表明:试验槽炉底压降为196 mV,槽平均电压为3.858 V,电流效率为93.5%,铝液直流电耗达到12297 kWh/t-Al,节能减碳效果显著。
The integrated industrial experimental research has been carried out on 500 kA aluminum reduction pot in an aluminum smelter by adopting"CompoGX"technology and integrating anode combination energy-saving technology.The experimental results show that the cathode voltage drop of the test pot is 196 mV,the average voltage of the pot is 3.858 V,the current efficiency is 93.5%,the DC power consumption of the liquid aluminum reaches 12297 kWh/t-Al,and the energy-saving and carbon reduction effect is remarkable.
