摘要
为助力电解铝企业大幅降低原铝生产能耗,推动电解铝行业绿色转型和高质量发展,沈阳铝镁设计研究院有限公司(SAMI)开发出绿色低碳深度节能铝电解技术体系。采用该技术体系对某铝厂已停产的500 kA电解系列进行技术升级改造,实现了高稳定性磁场原位升级技术、网络化自均衡母线技术(NSBT)、新式节能阴极结构技术(NCCT)、“健康长寿命”内衬技术和节能型上部结构技术在500 kA改造电解系列上的集成应用。改造完成并重新投运后,电解系列铝液直流电耗从13 063 kWh/t-Al降至12 400 kWh/t-Al以下。
To assist aluminum smelters in significantly reducing energy consumption of primary aluminum production,and promote the transformation of aluminum industry towards green as well as high-quality development,Shenyang Aluminum and Magnesium Engineering and Research Institute Co.,Ltd.(SAMI)has developed a green low-carbon and deep energy-saving aluminum electrolysis technology system.This technology system was adopted to upgrade a 500 kA potline in one aluminum smelter which had been shut down,with the integrated application of High Stability Magnetic Field In-situ Upgrading Technology,Networked Self-equalizing Busbar Technology(NSBT),New Conceptual Cathode Technology(NCCT),"Long Healthy Life"Lining Technology and Energy-saving Superstructure Technology to the upgrading 500 kA potline.After completion of the transformation and resumption of the operation,the DC power consumption of the potline was reduced from 13063 kWh/t-Al to less than 12400 kWh/t-Al.
