摘要
针对无煤柱沿空留墙开采中巷道围岩变形量过大的问题,以某煤矿1315无煤柱开采工作面为工程背景,采用数值模拟、理论分析和工程试验的方法,对二次开采扰动下巷道围岩变形规律及机理进行了研究。研究结果表明:较窄及较高的柔模墙会导致更大的岩体变形;构建了工作面前方巷道围岩最大变形量预测模型,并经验算知拟合误差小于3%;使用预测模型预测并对施工方案进行修正后,经过现场检测可以进行安全生产,验证了该模型的准确性。
Aiming at the problem of excessive deformation of the roadway surrounding rock in gob-side wall retaining,the deformation law and mechanism of the roadway surrounding rock under the disturbance of secondary mining were studied by using numerical simulation,theoretical analysis and engineering test with the 1315 working face which applied the nopillar mining method as the engineering background.The research results show that:narrower and higher flexible formwork concrete walls will lead to greater rock deformation;a prediction model of the maximum deformation of the roadway surrounding rock in front of the working face is constructed and empirically calculated to find that the fitting error is less than 3%;after the prediction using the prediction model and the correction of the construction plaan,after the on-site inspection,the model can ensure that mining work is safe,which verifies the accuracy of the model.
