摘要
为解决神东矿区厚煤层柔模沿空留巷采用木点柱+金属网挡矸支护制约安全高效生产瓶颈的问题,研制了柔模沿空留巷成套维护装备,包括沿空留巷端头支架与沿空留巷挡矸支架。沿空留巷端头支架可自动躲避锚索、架后铺网;挡矸支架长度16.5 m,具有挡矸切顶、遥控自移、纠偏等功能。成套维护装备在上湾煤矿12上309综采工作面沿空留巷进行应用,沿空留巷施工速度4 h/15 m,满足工作面快速推进,施工效率提高1倍,保证了工作面安全高效开采,降低了工人劳动强度。
In order to solve the problem of restricting safe and efficient production bottleneck of flexible formwork gob side entry retainingin shendong coal mine,a set of maintenance equipment for flexible formwork gob side entry retaining has been developed,including end support and gangue support for gob side entry retainingin.The end bracket of gob side entry retainingin can automatically avoid anchor cable and lay net behind the bracket.The length of the gangue bracket is 16.5 m,which has the functions of gangue cutting,remote control self-shifting and deviation rectification.The whole set of maintenance equipment is applied in gob side entry retaining at 12 th upper No.309 fully mechanized mining face of Shangwan Coal Mine.The construction speed of gob side entry retaining is 4 h/15 m,which meets the requirement of rapid advance of the working face.The construction efficiency is doubled,ensuring the safe and efficient mining of the working face and reducing the labor intensity of the workers.
