摘要
针对补连塔煤矿1^(-2)煤层遗留煤柱下22305工作面开采时造成相邻工作面煤柱巷道变形破坏等难题,根据煤层开采条件,采用理论分析、数值模拟、现场实践等手段对上覆遗留区段煤柱下回采巷道的合理煤柱宽度进行了研究。结果表明:遗留煤柱下底板应力环境特征的改变和下层煤层采动影响的共同作用造成相邻工作面煤柱巷道的变形破坏;对煤柱底板应力传递规律进行分析,得出回采巷道的布置与遗留煤柱的的最小水平距离为28.6m;数值模拟结果表明,遗留煤柱下存在应力增高区,煤柱两侧边缘处的应力高于原岩应力,表明遗留煤柱的影响范围远大于其煤柱宽度;下层煤开采后打破原遗留煤柱的应力影响区域,但对相邻回采巷道的冲击影响巨大,最后确定合理的煤柱宽度为30m时能最大限度节省煤炭资源和维护回采巷道的稳定。
In order to solve the problem of serious deformation and damage of coal pillar roadway in adjacent working face when mining the 22305 working face under the remaining coal pillar in 1^(-2)coal seam of Bulianta Coal Mine,according to the actual mining conditions of the coal seam,the reasonable pillar width of the roadway under the remaining coal pillar in the upper section is studied with theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field practice.The results show that:the change of the stress environment characteristics of the floor under the remaining coal pillar and the influence of the mining in the lower coal seam result in the deformation and damage of the adjacent coal pillar roadway;based on the analysis of the stress transfer law of the coal pillar floor,the minimum horizontal distance between the layout of the mining roadway and the remaining coal pillar is 28.6m;the results of numerical simulation show that there is a stress increasing area under the coal pillar,and the stress at the edge of both sides of the coal pillar is higher than initial stresses,indicating that the influence range of the coal pillar is far greater than its width;after the mining of the lower coal seam,the stress influence area of the remaining coal pillar is broken,but the impact on the adjacent mining roadway is huge.Finally,the reasonable width of the coal pillar is determined as 30m,which can save the coal resources and maintain the stability of the mining roadway to the maximum extent.
