摘要 针对近距离煤层群开采下部煤层工作面受重复采动影响较大,生产条件复杂,采场围岩控制难度大等问题,以贵州省盘江松河一矿作为工程背景,确定了16号煤层工作面顶板结构。结合工程条件对块体结构顶板动态垮落过程进行了分析,并利用3DEC对顶板垮落与运移情况进行模拟,发现在上覆采空区卸压作用下,工作面初次来压步距为20 m,来压程度较小,因此块体结构顶板具有一定承载能力,垮落过程与理论研究相吻合,工作面采用ZY3800/2015/33D型液压支架搭配ZDYZ型电液控制系统可有效支护采场顶板。本文为相似工程条件下井工开采采场围岩控制提供了一定的理论依据。 Aiming at the problems of repeated mining, complex production conditions and difficult control of surrounding rock of the stope, the working face of the lower coal seam in the close distance coal seam group mining is greatly affected by repeated mining, take Songhe No.1 mine in Panjiang, Guizhou province as the engineering background, the roof structure of the 16# coal seam working face is determined. Combined with the engineering conditions, the dynamic caving process of block structure roof is analyzed, and 3DEC is used to simulate the caving and migration of roof. It is found that under the pressure relief action of the overburden goaf, the initial pressure step distance of working face is20m, and the pressure degree is small. Therefore, the roof of block structure has a certain bearing capacity, and the collapse process is consistent with the theoretical research. Zy3800/2015/33d hydraulic support with ZDYZ electro-hydraulic control system can effectively support the stope roof. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the control of surrounding rock in stope under similar engineering conditions.
