摘要
高校党建是党的建设的组成部分,是办好中国特色社会主义大学的根本保证。基于湖州职业技术学院的党建实践,文章认为“四个融合”与“五个起来”作为新时代高校党建的探索成果,是教育行政主管部门和湖州职业技术学院(简称湖州职院)党委对如何做好高校党建工作的理论探索与实践尝试。“四个融合”与“五个起来”在逻辑理路上相契合,表现为政治保证、价值旨归、工作目标与工作方法的内在一致性。在“四个融合”视域下开展高校党建“五个起来”具有自洽性,对于开展新时代高校党建工作形成了正向反馈。
The Party building in colleges and universities is an integral part of the Party building and the fundamental guarantee for running a socialist university with Chinese characteristics well.Based on the Party building practice in Huzhou Vocational and Technological College,the article believes that the exploration results of“four integrations”and“five ups”in the new era of the Party building in colleges and universities are theoretical explorations and practical attempts by education administrative authorities and the Party committee of Huzhou Vocational and Technological College on how to do a good job in the Party building work in colleges and universities.The“four integrations”and“five ups”are in line with the logical path,manifested in the inherent consistency of political guarantee,value orientation,work goals,and work methods.Carrying out“five ups”of the Party building in colleges and universities from the perspective of“four integrations”has self consistency and forms positive feedback for carrying out the Party building work in colleges and universities in the new era.
