摘要
新发展阶段是我国社会主义现代化进程中的一个重要阶段,也是社会主义文化强国建设的关键阶段。准确把握新发展阶段发展主题转换、发展重心转移、发展格局转化、发展焦点转向、发展机遇转变等五个方面的重要特征,深入贯彻创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享等五大新发展理念,以强化文化新基建、激发文化新动能、关注文化新群体、建设文化新空间、繁荣文化新业态等五个方面工作为抓手,着力构建文化发展新格局,有助于进一步明确社会主义文化强国建设的阶段性中心任务,为不断优化社会主义文化强国建设的路径选择提供基本依据和重要遵循,从而更好回应社会主义文化强国建设新挑战、开启社会主义现代化文化强国建设新征程。
The new development stage marks an important period in China’s efforts to achieve socialist modernization and a critical phase for building China into a country with a strong socialist culture.Thus,it is important to have an accurate understanding of its main features such as the development theme,priorities,paradigm,focuses,and opportunities.Guided by the new vision of innovative,coordinated,green,open,and shared development,we need to focus on new infrastructure,growth drivers,communities,space,and business forms for cultural development in creating a new pattern of cultural development.These efforts further help to identify the immediate central tasks,provide fundamentals and important principles for choosing the right path towards sound development that enables better response to new challenges,and embark on a new journey of building China into a country with a strong socialist culture.
