摘要
目的分析以葶苈大枣泻肺汤合桂枝茯苓丸对肺胀痰瘀阻肺型慢阻肺急性加重患者肺功能及炎症指标的影响。方法82例肺胀痰瘀阻肺型慢阻肺急性加重患者于2021年1月-2022年12月就诊,按奇偶数分配,使用抗菌药物、糖皮质激素等西药进行疾病治疗的患者为常规组,增加用药葶苈大枣泻肺汤合桂枝茯苓丸治疗的患者为观察组,对两组治疗效果进行分析。结果两组肺功能及血气水平比较,显示治疗后观察组更为良好(P<0.05),观察组炎症指标、病症反应改善情况较常规组显著(P<0.05),观察组慢阻肺复发率较常规组低(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率组间对比,显示差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论肺胀痰瘀阻肺型慢阻肺急性加重患者于就诊期间采用葶苈大枣泻肺汤合桂枝茯苓丸治疗,可有效改善肺功能及炎症指标。
Objective To study and analyze the effects of Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling Pills on lung function and inflammation in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 82 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD with pulmonary distension and phlegm stasis were treated from January 2021 to December 2022.The regular group was treated with antibiotics,glucocorticoids and other western medicines as routine.The observation group was treated with the addition of Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Pills.Result The comparison of lung function and blood gas level showed that the observation group was better after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of inflammatory indicators and disease response in the observation group was significantly better than that in the regular group(P<0.05).The summary of COPD recurrence rate in the observation group was more effectively controlled than that in the regular group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease caused by lung distension and phlegm stasis should be treated with Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling Pills,which can effectively improve their lung function and inflammation indexes.
