基于温度场的钢板-混凝土剪力墙开裂风险分析方法研究

摘要 为简化钢板-混凝土剪力墙采取分层浇筑方法下的温度应力分析过程,将有限元模拟结果与理论计算方法相结合求解温度应力。对某块钢板-混凝土剪力墙进行温度和应力监测,并基于ABAQUS通过二次开发编写Hetval和Film子程序,精确模拟不采取措施施工和采用分层浇筑办法下的混凝土水化放热温度场。结果表明,采取分层浇筑可降低混凝土最高温度和温度差,分层数量越多,温度降低越显著;根据有限元温度场结果得到理论计算所需的综合温差这一中间参数,进而求解混凝土温度应力。根据计算结果,当墙体分六层浇筑时,15 d龄期温度应力约为1.94 MPa,小于该龄期混凝土抗拉强度1.98 MPa,可以保证混凝土不开裂;与试验监测结果相比,误差约为2%,验证了该方法的可行性。 To simplify the temperature stress analysis process of the steel plate-concrete shear wall under the layered pouring method,this paper combines the FEA with the theoretical calculation method to solve the temperature stress.The temperature and stress monitoring of a steel plate-concrete shear wall was carried out.Based on ABAQUS,the Hetval and Film subroutines were compiled through secondary development to simulate the temperature field of concrete hydration heat without taking measures for construction and with the layered pouring method.The results show that the maximum temperature and temperature difference of concrete can be reduced by layered pouring.With the increase of layers,the temperature decreases more significantly.According to the results of temperature field,the intermediate parameter of comprehensive temperature difference required for theoretical calculation is obtained,and then the temperature stress of concrete is obtained.According to the calculation results,when the wall is poured into six layers,the temperature stress at the age of 15 days is about 1.94 MPa,which is less than the tensile strength of concrete at that age of 1.98 MPa.This can ensure that the concrete does not crack.Compared with the test monitoring results,the error is about 2%,which verifies the feasibility of the method.
