摘要
大体积混凝土在施工中产生裂缝的现象不容忽视。本文以一个工程实例为基础,通过对混凝土的水化热特性的实验分析,对混凝土内部的温度进行实时监测,并采用ABAQUS有限元分析进行分析模拟,并将分析结果与实际测量数据进行比较,以证明ABAQUS分析的准确性,同时也为混凝土中材料的配合比提出了有效的建议,为类似的工程项目提供有价值的参考。
The phenomenon of cracks in the construction of mass concrete cannot be ignored.In this paper,combined with engineering examples,the hydration heat of the main component cementing material in concrete was tested and analyzed first,the temperature inside concrete was monitored in real time by temperature monitoring instrument,and the temperature field of mass concrete was simulated and calculated by finite element analysis program ABAQUS,and compared with the field measured data.The reliability of ABAQUS analysis of hydration heat is proved,and reasonable suggestions on the mix ratio of materials in concrete are put forward,which can provide reference for similar projects.
