摘要
采用自我聚焦量表(Self-Focus Scale,SFS)、舒尔特方格和自编《高校体育课堂流畅性体验量表》测查716名大学生认知视域聚焦和流畅性体验情况,研究认知视域聚焦对流畅性体验的影响。结果表明:体育课堂认知视域聚焦下大学生流畅性体验在性别上差异性显著,且男生明显高于女生;视域聚焦(考试视域聚焦、教师视域聚焦和自我视域聚焦)显著影响大学生体育课堂流畅性体验,考试视域聚焦与流畅性体验各维度及流畅性体验总体均存在显著正相关;教师视域聚焦与流畅性体验及各维度均存在负相关;自我视域聚焦与体育课堂流畅性体验及各维度均呈显著负相关。回归分析结果表明:考试视域聚焦和总体视域聚焦对流畅性体验及其各因子具有预测作用。
The Self Focus Scale(SFS),Schultz grid,and self-designed"College Physical Education Classroom Flow Experience Scale"were used to measure the cognitive focus and fluency experience of 716 college students,and to study the impact of cognitive focus on fluency experience.The results show that under the cognitive perspective of physical education classroom flow,there is a significant gender difference in the flow experience of college students,and male students are significantly higher than female students;Visual focus(exam focus,teacher focus,and self focus)significantly affects the flow experience of college students in physical education classrooms.There is a significant positive correlation between exam focus and various dimensions of flow experience,as well as overall flow experience;There is a negative correlation between teacher's perspective focus and flow experience,as well as various dimensions;There is a significant negative correlation between self focus and the flow experience and various dimensions of physical education classrooms.The regression analysis results indicate that exam focus and overall focus have predictive effects on the flow experience and its various factors.
