摘要
目的探讨互动式心理干预对社交恐惧症的干预效果。方法本研究对象为2019年5月~2021年5月我院100例社交恐惧症患者,采用数字表法随机分组。对照组采用口服药物、一般心理干预等常规治疗,观察组在口服药物基础上联合互动式心理干预。干预前、后评价社交恐惧周总结量表(SPWSS)、交往焦虑量表(IAS)、Liebowitz社交焦虑量表自评版(LSAS-SR)、社交认知问卷(SCQ)。结果干预后两组患者SPWSS量表中焦虑、自我聚焦-外界注意、回避、过去的反刍、预期的处理评分均显著降低,且干预后观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组IAS评分、LSAS-SR评分、SCQ评分均显著降低,且干预后观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论互动式心理干预能够有效降低社交恐惧症症状,能够减轻社交焦虑情绪,提升社交认知功能。
Objective To explore the effect of interactive psychological intervention on patients with social phobia.Methods A total of 100 patients with social phobia in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into groups by digital table method.The control group was treated with oral drugs and general psychological intervention,while the observation group was combined with interactive psychological intervention on the basis of oral drugs.Before and after the intervention,the social fear week summary scale(SPWSS),Communication Anxiety Scale(IAS),Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale self-assessment Version(LSAS-SR)and social cognition questionnaire(SCQ)were compared between two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of anxieties,self-focus external attention,avoidance,past rumination and expected treatment in the SPWSS scale of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention,the IAS score,LSAS-SR score and SCQ score of the two groups decreased significantly,and after the intervention,the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Interactive psychological intervention can effectively reduce the symptoms of social phobia,reduce social anxiety and improve social cognitive function.
