摘要
针对目前调车作业长期受限于机车车辆配合、调车劳动安全、站场环境等因素,以及实作培训存在时间长、成本高、安全风险大等问题,研究基于VR技术的铁路调车安全实作仿真系统。该系统采用三维仿真、虚拟现实、工作流驱动、语音识别、UNet同步等技术,集仿真实训、考评管理、场控管理等功能为一体,创建高仿真调车作业流程及站场环境,可自主编制标准调车作业计划、设定非正常情况调车作业场景,进行标准化实训及自动化考评管理,以提高铁路调车作业人员基础业务技能和应急处置水平,也为铁路调车安全实作带来新的培训理念。
In view of the long-term constraints of railway shunting operations,such as locomotive and vehicle coordination,labor safety,and station environment,as well as the long-term,high-cost,and highrisk problems of traditional practical training,this paper designed and implemented a VR-based railway shunting safety practice simulation system.The system integrates 3D simulation,virtual reality,workflow drive,speech recognition,UNet synchronization,and other technologies,and integrates simulation training,assessment management,and station control management functions to build a highly simulated shunting operation process and station environment.The system supports the autonomous preparation of standard shunting operation plans,and can set up shunting operation scenarios under abnormal conditions for standardized training and automated assessment management,aiming to improve the business foundation and emergency response capabilities of railway shunting operators.In addition,the system also brings a new concept to railway shunting safety practice training.
