摘要
目的研究社区健康管理在2型糖尿病预防控制中的应用效果。方法选取海州区朐阳街道香江社区于2022年3月—2023年2月参与社区健康干预的156例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各78例。对照组给予常规健康教育和用药指导,观察组在对照组基础上给予社区健康管理干预。比较两组患者干预前后体质指数(Body Mass Index,BMI)、血糖、血压、健康管理依从性及健康管理服务满意率。结果管理后,观察组血压、血糖、BMI低于对照组,血压达标率、血糖达标率、BMI达标率、健康管理依从性、服务满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论实施社区健康管理可以有效降低2型糖尿病患者血压、血糖、BMI水平,提高血压、血糖、BMI达标率和健康管理依从性,从而提高患者对健康管理满意度和获得感。
Objective To study the effect of community health management in the prevention and control of type 2 dia⁃betes.Methods A total of 156 patients with type 2 diabetes who participated in community health intervention Xiangjiang Community,Qu Yang Street,Haizhou District from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 78 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine health education and medication guidance,and patients in the observation group were given community health management intervention based on the control group.Body Mass Index(BMI),blood glucose,blood pressure,health management compliance and satisfaction rate of health management services were compared before and after intervention.Results After management,the blood pres⁃sure,blood glucose and BMI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the blood pres⁃sure compliance,blood glucose compliance,BMI compliance,health management compliance and service satisfaction rate were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of community health management can effectively reduce the level of blood pressure,blood glucose and BMI of type 2 diabetes patients,improve the rate of blood pressure,blood glucose and BMI compli⁃ance and health management compliance,so as to improve patients'satisfaction and sense of gain on health management.
