摘要
目的 探讨多维度健康教育管理在老年糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法 120例老年糖尿病患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予多维度健康教育管理,比较两组的知信行以及血糖水平。结果 干预后,观察组的知识、信念、行为评分均高于对照组,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 多维度健康教育管理能够改善老年糖尿病患者的知信行水平,提高血糖控制效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of multi-dimensional health education management in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods 120 elderly patients with diabetes were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received multi-dimensional health education management.The levels of knowledge-belief-behavior and blood glucose were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of knowledge,belief and behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Multi-dimensional health education management can improve the level of knowledge-belief-behavior and blood glucose control effect of elderly patients with diabetes.
