摘要
目的探讨分析社区健康综合干预对老年糖尿病患者生化指标与生活质量的影响。方法选择灌云县伊山镇城北社区2020年11月—2022年10月进行社区健康管理的168例老年2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机双盲法进行分组,每组84例。对照组患者接受常规社区健康管理,观察组患者接受社区健康综合干预措施。观察两组患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白生化指标和健康状况、社会功能、情感职能等生活质量指标变化。结果干预后,两组患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白生化指标对比干预前有所下降,而健康状况、社会功能、情感职能等生活质量指标均较干预前有所提高,且观察组患者较对照组患者改善更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血糖控制率为60.71%(51/84),高于对照组的40.48%(34/84),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.882,P=0.009)。结论老年糖尿病患者实施社区健康综合干预效果显著,有利于降低患者血糖和糖化血红蛋白,提升患者生活质量和健康服务满意度。
Objective To explore and analyze the effects of comprehensive community health intervention on biochemical indicators and quality of life of elderly diabetic patients.Methods 168 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who underwent community health management from November 2020 to October 2022 in Chengbei community of Yishan Town,Guanyun County were selected as the study subjects and grouped by randomized double-blind method,with 84 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional community health management,and patients in the observation group received comprehensive community health interventions.The patients in both groups were observed for changes in biochemical indicators of blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and quality of life indicators such as health status,social function and emotional function.Results After intervention,the fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin biochemical indexes of patients in both groups decreased compared with those before the intervention,while the health status,social function,emotional function and other quality of life indexes improved compared with those before the intervention and the patients in the observation group improved more significantly than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The glycemic control rate in the observation group was 60.71%(51/84),which was higher than 40.48%(34/84)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.882,P=0.009).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive community health interventions for elderly diabetic patients is effective,which is conducive to reducing patients'blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin and improving patients'quality of life and health service satisfaction.
