摘要
基于2005—2020年县级面板数据,采用多期双重差分方法及中介效应模型分析了农旅融合对小城镇高质量发展的影响效应及作用机制。研究表明:(1)示范县显著促进了小城镇高质量发展。(2)示范县对小城镇高质量发展的促进作用随区域经济环境、县离地级市距离、现有小城镇高质量发展水平的不同而呈现异质性。(3)劳动力转移与资本积累在示范县对小城镇高质量发展影响中起部分中介作用。根据实证分析结果,文章从加大示范县的评选力度、各级政府差异化施策、疏通劳动力市场和资本积累的传导机制等三个方面提出政策启示。
Based on the county panel data from 2005 to 2020,the paper analyzed the influence effects and mechanisms of the integration of agriculture and tourism on the high-quality development of small towns by using the multi-stage difference-difference method and the mediation effect model.The results show that:(1)Demonstration counties significantly promote the high-quality development of small towns.(2)The role of demonstration counties in promoting high-quality development of small towns are heterogeneous with the regional economic environment,the distance between counties and prefecture-level cities,and the level of high-quality development of existing small towns.(3)Labor transfer and capital accumulation play a partial mediating role in the impact of demonstration counties on the high-quality development of small towns.According to the results of empirical analysis,the paper put forward policy inspiration from three aspects:increasing the selection of demonstration counties,differentiated policies of governments at all levels,dredging the transmission mechanism of labor market and capital accumulation.
