摘要
在有色冶炼生产中,会产生酸性高浓度含砷废水,废水中砷浓度高达上10 g/L。该含砷废水若处理不当或随意违法排放,不仅对水体环境、土壤环境产生威胁,还会对人体和动物产生巨大的危害。通过综述了现有的化学沉淀法、离子交换法、膜分离法、吸附法和生物法等处理方法的原理、适用范围及其优缺点等;基于有色冶炼生产中高浓度含砷废水的特性和传统除砷工艺的局限,提出了梯级沉砷方法,以期为有色冶炼生产中高浓度含砷废水的治理提供参考价值。
In the process of non-ferrous smelting,acidic wastewater containing arsenic with high concentration can be produced,and the concentration of arsenic in wastewater is as high as 10 g/L.If the arsenic containing wastewater is not treated properly or discharged illegally,it will not only threaten the water environment and soil environment,but also cause great harm to human body and animals.The principle,application scope,advantages and disadvantages of existing chemical precipitation method,ion exchange method,membrane separation method,adsorption method and biological method were reviewed.Based on the characteristics of high-concentration arsenic wastewater in non-ferrous smelting production and the limitations of traditional arsenic removal process,a step sedimentation method of arsenic was proposed,in order to provide reference value for the treatment of high-concentration arsenic wastewater in non-ferrous smelting production.
