摘要 以电厂中的含砷废水为研究对象,考察了pH值、沉降时间、投加量、铁铝硅摩尔比对聚硅酸硫酸铁铝混凝处理含砷废水的影响。采用Ferron逐时络和比色法测定了聚硅酸硫酸铁铝中铁、铝的形态分布,对聚硅酸硫酸铁铝进行了透射电镜分析,并对其除砷前后进行了红外光谱分析,讨论了其除砷机理。实验结果表明,在pH值为7,铁铝硅摩尔比为1:1,沉降时间为10min,混凝剂投加量达100mg/L时,聚硅酸硫酸铁铝的除砷率为90%,且沉降时间快,残余色度低。 The disposal of arsenic wastewater in the power plant is studied. The effect of pH, settling time, dosage and molar ratio on polysilicate ferric aluminum sulfate (PSFAS) for disposal of arsenic wastewater is investigated. The species in PSFAS are determined with Ferron-timed complex colorimetric method. The PSFAS is characterized by the infrared spectrometer (IR) and transparent electron microscopy (TEM). The arsenic removal mechanisms of PSFAS are discussed. It shows that the arsenic removal efficiency of PSFAS reaches over 90% with the pH of 7.0, settling time of 10min, dosage of 100mg/L and molar ratio (Fe^3+ + Al^3+) /SiO2of 1: 1. Experimental results show that the PSFAS is effective.
