摘要
以稀土矿焙烧烟气吸收尾液为原料,采用石灰中和+聚合硫酸铁(PFS)混凝沉淀法除砷。研究了石灰中和pH、Fe/As、PFS除砷pH和除砷渣与石灰中和渣合并处理的问题。结果表明,石灰中和过程,除砷率随着pH的增大而增大,当pH=8~9时,石灰中和除砷率约为30%。PFS除砷过程,控制Fe/As>5,体系pH=9~10,除砷效果最好,除砷率可达98%以上。当PFS除砷渣加入到石灰中和过程,提高了石灰中和过程的除砷率,简化了处理工艺和设备投资。
Arsenic was removed by the method of lime neutralization+PFS flocculation precipitation from rare earth mineral roasting gas absorption liquid.The effect of lime neutralization pH,ratio of Fe to As,PFS arsenic-removing pH and co-treatment of arsenic removing slag with lime neutralization slag on arsenic removal was inverstigaed.The results showed that the arsenic removal rate increased with the increase of pH,and when pH was in range of 8 to 9,the arsenic removal rate was about 30%.For PFS arsenic removal process,under the conditions of Fe/As<5,system pH=9 to 10,arsenic removal effect is the best,arsenic removal rate can reach more than 98%.When PFS arsenic removal slag was added to the lime neutralization process,the arsenic removal rate of the lime neutralization process was improved,and the treatment process and equipment investment were simplified.
