摘要
石灰-铁盐法处理工业含砷废水具有沉淀效率高、运行费用低、投加药剂种类少等优点,被广泛应用。本文在分析了石灰法处理含砷工业废水存在的问题基础上,综述了石灰-铁盐法沉淀含砷工业废水的机理及p H、铁砷比、温度等因素对沉砷效果的影响,通过实例分析石灰-铁盐法处理含砷酸性硫酸废水的工艺流程及效果,并对该方法存在的缺陷进行了分析。
With high arsenic precipitation efficiency, low operation costs and less drug dosing species, Lime-ferric Salt methodis widely used to treat arsenic-bearing industrial wastewater. Based on the shortage of the lime method to treat arsenic-bearing wastewater, the paper reviewedthe mechanism of the lime- ferric salt method to precipitate arsenic and effects of the factors such as pH, ratio of ferric and arsenic, and temperature on the arsenic precipitation efficiency. The process and effect of treating arsenic- containing sulfuric acid wastewater by lime-ferric salt method and the defects of the method are analyzed.
