急冷液泵在气相法聚丙烯装置工艺流程中扮演着重要角色,对整个装置的正常运行起到重要作用。如果急冷液泵的运行出现问题,将引起整个装置的的非计划维修或停产,不仅会造成巨大的经济损失,还可能给工厂生产带来重大安全问题。介绍了20万t/a气相法聚丙烯装置急冷液泵国产化研发及应用情况,以中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司100万t/a乙烯及改扩建工程,20万t/a气相法PP装置为依托,采取自主创新开发方式,攻克急冷液泵核心关键技术。开发了两台急冷液泵,整机设计寿命为20 a,机械密封及轴承不少于25000 h,水力效率高于国内外同类产品。投入使用后,该设备的稳定性、可靠性、经济性优于国际先进水平。
The quench liquid pump played an important role in the process flow of gas-phase polypropylene plant and played a crucial role in the normal operation of the entire plant.If there were problems with the operation of the emergency cooling liquid pump,it would cause unplanned maintenance or shutdown of the entire device,not only causing huge economic losses,but also potentially bringing significant safety issues to factory production.The domestic research and application of the quench liquid pump in the 200000 t/a gas-phase polypropylene plant were introduced.Based on the 1 million t/a ethylene and expansion project of Sinopec Hainan Refining and Chemical Co.,Ltd.and the 200000 t/a gas-phase PP plant,an independently innovative development method had been adopted,and the core key technology of the quench liquid pump had been overcome.Two rapid cooling liquid pumps had been developed,with a designed lifespan of 20 years,mechanical seals and bearings lasting no less than 25000 hours,and hydraulic efficiency higher than similar products at home and abroad.After being put into use,the stability,reliability,and economy of the equipment were superior to the international advanced level.
