摘要
利用离心泵叶轮内汽蚀两相流基本理论,分析了离心泵发生汽蚀的原因及其危害。通过汽蚀参数的讨论,得出了汽蚀发生的临界条件,提出了离心泵抗汽蚀能力的控制措施。
The basic theory about cavitation and two-phase flow in impeller of the centrifugal pump was introduced,and the phenomenon and harm of cavitation occurred in the centrifugal pump was analysised.By the discussion of cavitation parameters,The cavitation occurred in critical condition was also investigated.At last,the concrete prevention measures were taken to improve cavitation performance of centrifugal pump.
