摘要
利用小波分析能够把微弱的故障信号放大并可以划分到不同的频带范围内的特点,对水泵早期阶段的汽蚀故障加以诊断,并通过实验进行验证,为准确诊断出初始阶段的汽蚀故障探索了一条新途径。
Weak fault signals can be amplified and decomposed into different frequency domain by using wavelet analysis, and this analysis method is applied in the early-stage cavitations diagnosis of centrifugal pumps, which proves by test to be a feasible and effective way for detecting cavitations fault.
