摘要
分析了 2 0 0kt/a聚丙烯装置G - 2 0 1丙烯泵振动的原因 ,介绍通过采用干气密封技术、管路改造和提高安装精度等技改措施 ,解决了该泵振动的难题 。
Analyze reason of the vibration of the propylene pump G201 of the 200kt/a polypropylene unit, and solve the vibration problem by using dry gas sealing, retrofitting pipeline route and improving installation accuracy etc. so as to postpone continuous operation time of the pump.
