摘要
人员闸门作为核电站核岛安全壳的一部分,除了保证其正常运行操作功能,还应保持与安全壳一致的气密性,所以为人员闸门配置一套密封检测系统尤为重要。该文简要论述人员闸门密封检测系统(其中核心的控制装置被称为气动回路)的主要功能和系统特点;并对气动回路的结构进行拆解,详细介绍每个零部件的型号及性能特点,同时阐述系统界面及操作流程。对于后续优化改进人员闸门密封检测系统、逐步实现零部件国产化替代,有现实的借鉴意义。
As a part of the containment shell of the nuclear island of the nuclear power plant,the personnel gate should not only ensure its normal operation function,but also maintain the air tightness consistent with the containment,so it is particularly important to configure a set of sealing detection system for the personnel gate.This paper briefly discusses the main functions and system characteristics of the personnel gate sealing inspection system(in which the core control device is called the pneumatic circuit),and disassembles the structure of the pneumatic circuit.The model and performance characteristics of each part are introduced in detail,and the system interface and operation flow are described.It has practical reference significance for the follow-up optimization and improvement of personnel gate sealing inspection system and the gradual realization of domestic replacement of parts.
