核电站安全壳老化管理 被引量:5

ASSESSMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF AGEING OF CONCRETE CONTAINMENT BUILDINGS FOR NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS

摘要 根据国际经验,核电厂机组在投入商业运行后的第五年,应当是开始进行设备老化管理和电厂寿命管理工作的最佳时机。经过长期的电厂老化、长寿命化研究工作,不少国家已建立了核电厂寿命管理体系。在调研国外核电站老化管理现状的基础上,结合核电站的实际环境测评状况和运行情况,并经过现场老化探测,探讨核电厂适用的安全壳的老化管理方法和寿命评价方法等技术方案,包括该核电厂老化机理的确定、针对老化机理的老化探测、老化运行控制与老化降解方法、老化管理程序的建立和寿命评估。 In the light of experience of other countries,it is the best time to begin the components ageing management and the lift management of a nuclear power plant after commercial operation for 5 years.After a long term research on ageing and longevity,many countries have built the ageing and longevity management system for a nuclear power plant.Based on researching on the situations of ageing management of other countries,combined with the situations of the environment and process of some nuclear power plant,and site detecting,it is explored deeply the proper programme of the ageing management and assessment of the concrete containment buildings for a NPP,including ageing mechanism,ageing detecting,controling of ageing process,repairing methods,weak link analysis and building of the management programme.
