摘要
为改善人员闸门安装部位的受力状态,提高人员闸门安装结构的可靠性,本研究通过设计一种辅助支撑结构,对人员闸门悬臂端提供额外的支撑。辅助支撑设计中考虑了补偿人员闸门安装位置的相对位移,不会对人员闸门产生不必要的外力;并对是否增加辅助支撑人员闸门安装部位的受力状态进行建模分析比对。分析结果表明,在增加了辅助支撑后,可有效改善人员闸门安装部位的受力状态。因此,本文研究的人员闸门辅助支撑结构设计是有效可行的,并且在满足操作性的同时还有效改善了人员闸门安装部位的受力状态。
In order to improve the stress state and the reliability of the personnel airlock installation part,an auxiliary support was designed to provide additional support under the cantilever end of personnel airlock.In the design of the auxiliary support,the relative displacement of the installation part of the personnel airlock,the auxiliary support didn’t impose additional force on the personnel airlock.The stress analysis for the installation of the personnel airlock was performed by modeling.The result of the analysis showed that the stress state of the installation part of the personnel airlock was effectively improved after the auxiliary support was added.Therefore,the design of the auxiliary support is feasible,it can effectively improve the stress state of the installation part of the personnel airlock when meeting the operational requirements.
