摘要
目的通过研究反刍思维、学业自我效能感和学业拖延症之间的关系,从而改善部分大学生反刍思维严重、学业自我效能感低下、学业拖延的问题。方法利用反刍思维量表(RRS)、学业自我效能量表和学业拖延量表测量学生的反刍思维、学业自我效能以及学业拖延情况。结果①反刍思维、学业自我效能和学业拖延三者之间存在相关关系:反刍思维评分与学业自我效能评分呈现显著负相关关系(r=-0.465,P<0.05),反刍思维评分与学业拖延症评分呈现出显著正相关(r=0.326,P<0.05),学业自我效能评分与学业拖延症评分呈现出显著负相关关系(r=-0.463,P<0.05);反刍思维对学业拖延症有正向预测关系,学业自我效能对学业拖延症有负向预测关系。②反刍思维在结构方程中对学业拖延的直接效应为0.206(P<0.05),间接效应为0.312(P<0.05),总效应0.518(P<0.05)。结论学业自我效能在医学生的反刍思维和学业拖延中起到部分中介作用。反刍思维影响学业拖延症有两条路径:反刍思维直接影响学业拖延,且二者评分呈现正相关关系;反刍思维通过影响学业自我效能进而影响学业拖延。
Objective To improve the problems of severe rumination,low academic self-efficacy,and severe academic procrastination among some college students by studying the relationship between rumination,academic self-efficacy,and academic procrastination.Methods Using the Ruminative Responses Scale(RRS),Academic Self Efficacy Questionnaire,and Academic Procrastination Scale to measure medical students’rumination,self-efficacy,and academic procrastination.Results①There is a correlation between rumination,academic self-efficacy,and academic procrastination:there is a significant negative correlation between rumination scores and academic self-efficacy scores(r=-0.465,P<0.05),a significant positive correlation between rumination scores and academic procrastination scores(r=0.326,P<0.05),and a significant negative correlation between academic self-efficacy scores and academic procrastination scores(r=-0.463,P<0.05);Rumination has a positive predictive relationship with academic procrastination,while academic self-efficacy has a negative predictive relationship with academic procrastination.②The direct effect of rumination on academic procrastination in the structural equation is 0.206(P<0.05),the indirect effect is 0.312(P<0.05),and the total effect is 0.518(P<0.05).Conclusion Academic self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in rumination and academic procrastination.There are two ways in which rumination affects academic procrastination:rumination directly affects academic procrastination,and their scores show a positive correlation;Rumination affects academic self-efficacy and thus academic procrastination.
