摘要
工业4.0使工程技术人才面向知识与技术迭代加速、工作场域更复杂的情境,使高等工程教育面临横贯能力培养新挑战。高等工程教育横贯能力培养面临复杂工作情境和交互紧密世界的外部推力,面临跨步式工业进程下学生横贯能力短板严重、教育系统内横贯能力框架缺乏清晰指南、系统性支持缺位导致横贯能力课程推进困难、工具理性价值取向使横贯能力认同度较低等困境。高等工程教育横贯能力培养支持性策略是:正确认知跨步式工业进程、调和阵痛期人才培养供需矛盾,制定科学横贯能力框架、为横贯能力培养提供方向指引,提供多维度系统性支持、稳步推进高校横贯能力课程建设,引导教育目标的价值取向、提升各主体的横贯能力认同度。
Industry 4.O presents engineering professionals in new situation with rapidly evolving knowledge and technology and more complex working fields,which makes higher engineering education face new challenges in cultivating transversal competencies.In this paper,the essence and framework of transversal competencies are elucidate;the external drivers for fostering transversal competencies in higher engineering education are analyzed,focusing on the pressing needs for these competencies arising from intricate work scenarios and an interconnected world;the current predicaments in training transversal competencies in higher engineering education are discussed,such as the significant deficiency in students'transversal skills in the leapfrogging industrial process,the lack of clear guidelines of a transversal competency framework within the educational system,the difficulties in promoting transversal competency courses due to the absence of systematic support,and the diminished recognition of transversal competencies due to instrumental rational values;and the supportive strategies for the cultivation of transversal competencies in higher engineering education are proposed,including properly recognizing the leapfrogging industrial process,reconciling supply-demand contradictions during the transition phase,formulating a scientifically grounded transversal competency framework,offering multi-dimensional systematic support,steadily advancing university transversal competency course construction,guiding educational goals towards value orientation,and enhancing the recognition of transversal competencies among all stakeholders.
