医学生深度学习特点及影响因素研究综述

摘要 为了提高医学教育水平、提升医学人才培养质量,医学生深度学习已成热点研究问题。文章从深度学习的内涵和基本特征,概述深度学习概念的演变过程和发生阶段,介绍深度学习常用的测量工具。在此基础上,深入剖析医学生深度学习状况、变化规律,重点探讨医学生深度学习的影响因素,提示今后相关研究和发展方向。研究表明,医学生深度学习目前处于中等偏上水平,但变化规律不明确、影响因素众多,有个体因素、行为因素、教师因素及环境因素等,因素间相互影响,其中学生个体因素为影响深度学习的主要因素。 In order to improve the level of medical education and the quality of medical personnel training,deep learning of medical students has become a hot research issue.From the connotation and basic characteristics of deep learning,this paper summarizes the evolution process and occurrence stage of deep learning concept,and introduces the commonly used measurement tools of deep learning.On this basis,it makes an in-depth analysis of medical students'deep learning status and changing rules,focusing on the influence factors of medical students'deep learning and suggesting the future related research and development direction.The research shows that the deep learning of medical students is currently at the level above average,but the changing law is unclear and there are many influencing factors,including individual factors,behavioral factors,teacher factors and environmental factors,which influence each other,among which individual factors of students are the main factors that affect deep learning.
